Dan Morhaim, M.D. brings a unique background: Emergency physician (40+ years); Maryland state legislator (24 years, 1995-2019); faculty Johns Hopkins School of Public Health (16 years); Medical Director of ambulance companies; healthcare consultant; and author of numerous articles for medical and general media.
His second book, from Johns Hopkins Press, is “Preparing for A Better End” (www.thebetterend.com). He has been a member of numerous health committees, including serving currently on Maryland’s Behavioral Health Advisory Council. He holds academic appointments at George Washington University and the Maryland College of Osteopathic Medicine at Morgan State University.
